How to prepare your Beef Keema:
- Thaw out the meat in the fridge overnight until completely thawed.
- Heat keema in a pan over medium-high heat until slightly charred, crispy, and golden brown, around 7-8 minutes. Do not overcrowd the pan. If meat gets too dry, top up with cooking oil to prevent burning.
- Transfer to a plate and serve with garlic sauce.
